Please get your requests for Reserves in to the appropriate library as soon as possible if you want your Reserve materials to be accessible to your students by the first week of school.

We prefer that you use the online Reserve Request form, but you can fill out paper forms at each library. Requests without the proper forms will not be processed, so please don’t send us a stack of books with a post-it note attached.

If you had Electronic Reserves posted for any of your classes for last semester or earlier, they have been withdrawn to keep us in copyright compliance. To re-activate them you need to present proof of copyright permission for a second use of each item.

Department Chairs, please share this information with your adjunct faculty.
