APU Hosts Francis Beckwith at the 16th Annual Common Day of Learning

Azusa Pacific University’s Common Day of Learning features keynotes speaker Francis J. Beckwith, Ph.D, author, associate professor of philosophy and Church-state studies, and fellow and faculty Associate in the Institute of Studies of Religion at Baylor University, Waco, Texas.
- Author and filmmaker Christian Smith from University of Notre Dame, along with film directors Michael and Timothy Eaton from Revelation Studios will screen and discuss Soul Searching: A Movie about Teenagers and God.
- Prominent members from the business community will participate in a roundtable discussion on corporate ethics.
- Author and illustrator Davy Liu will give insight into the process of writing for children.
- Actress Vondria Bergen will perform dramatic reenactments of the life of women in the Old and New Testaments in a panel discussion on biblical interpretation.
